Would recommend for a city trip
Exceptional staff, exceptional breakfast, who made us feel at home with their friendliness and hospitality. The convenience of free Wi-Fi and on-site car park made our stay even more enjoyable.
Could not be improved in any way.

Had a great stay! Pat was heaps welcoming and the location is mint, just a short stroll to the sea front. Thought the shower pressure could've been better, but breakfast was top-notch.

The location is conveniently close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, including the vibrant pier. The tidy front garden added a charming touch, making it a lovely spot to relax. Our room was spacious with great en-suite facilities that provided ample storage for our belongings.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent during our stay.

The double room was nicely equipped, providing a cozy atmosphere that suited our family's needs. The en-suite facilities were solid, and the ample storage made it easy to keep our space tidy during our stay.
We encountered a few bumps during our trip. The room got uncomfortably warm, especially in the evening, and while a fan was provided on request, it was a bit of a hassle to switch rooms. the cooked breakfast was served later than we would have preferred, especially with kids up early. cereals and pastries became our go-to on that front.

the only downside was that we could hear some noise from outside. we had such a lovely stay, the breakfasts were delicious with fresh ingredients, and we enjoyed a lovely sea view from our room. the owner took time to chat and made us feel special.

Charming Stay for Families
We enjoyed a delightful two-night stay in a double room equipped with a private bathroom. The staff provided warm service and made breakfast memorable. Be prepared for a short walk to tram stops, but the family-friendly environment and cozy atmosphere made it worth it. Plan for the breakfast rush with kids!

An excellent fit for a date night in Blackpool with incredible value for money. The shower had low pressure, but the room was cozy and inviting. Consider asking for a room on a lower floor if stairs are an issue.
